Rust was in my Top 5 albums of the year for 2017 but since has moved to one of my all-time favorites. This is the kind of album the gets in your head and swirls around until you wonder if you'll ever hear anything better. Monolord is more addictive than heroin!
Favorite track: Dear Lucifer.
Godlike guitar tone and catchy riff on the title track. Every track is a winner. Includes Wormland, which reminds me of Finnish funeral doom band Skepticism. Dear Lucifer is another standout track. My first Bandcamp purchase. First heard it on the Stoned Meadow of Doom YT channel. Thanks, SMOD!
